Bing Webmaster Tools — provides aggregated search performance data for Bing search. No individual user data is collected or stored by us.
Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) — used to deliver email notifications when a contact form is submitted. Your name and email address are transmitted to Brevo for delivery purposes only and are not used for marketing. Brevo's Privacy Policy applies.
WPForms — the contact form plugin used on this site. Form submissions are processed through WPForms and delivered via Brevo. WPForms Lite does not store form entries in the database.

All 48+ fitness calculators on denstarfitness.com/tools run entirely in your browser. Any data you enter — weight, height, age, training volumes, or other inputs — is processed locally on your device.
Where tools include a data logging feature (such as the Weight Tracker), your data is stored in your browser's localStorage. It is not uploaded to our servers, not shared with any third party, and is not accessible to us in any form.
Clearing your browser's site data will permanently delete any locally stored tool data. We recommend using the CSV export feature in applicable tools to back up your data.
